About the role


  • Mutiple positions available
  • A03 level $44.49 per hour + Super
  • 3-6 month contract with opportunity for extensions
  • Location: Brisbane Southside and Brisbane City
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday
  • Easy to fill timesheet, on-time payment and option for Real-Time Remuneration.

As a Customer Service Officer, your responsibilities are:


  • Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally, adhering to state government guidelines and protocols
  • Providing excellent customer service to constituents, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Recording accurate and detailed information about customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of constituent issues
  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional information or services to constituents as appropriate
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary
  • Staying up-to-date with state government policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate and timely information to constituents

To excel in this role, you must have:


  • Minimum of 12 momths experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
